Chapter 18. Cesspool and Septic Tank Prohibition

§ 18-3. Existing septic tanks to be removed or filled.

Each presently existing septic tank shall be either removed from the ground in which it is placed or filled in completely. If any such septic tank is so removed, the hole from which it was taken must be, immediately after such removal, filled with clean earth.
