§ 44-1. General construction requirements.

From and after the effective date of this chapter, the following regulations shall apply to each and every building to be built, constructed or erected on a parcel of land fronting on the oceanfront, i.e., the easternmost lots in Blocks 1 to 26, inclusive, and Blocks 952, 954 and 956.

A.
All new bulkheads in this area shall be erected 15 feet west of the easterly property line of the parcel or lot.
